Projet 1/5 : Un village sur cinq

Au moins un village sur cinq, parmi les 540 villages ruraux isolés, a été transformé grâce à la formation d'un leader étudiant/ formateur principal en cinq ans.

Objet du projet

  1. Villages isolés et pauvres d'accès difficiles à cause des routes délabrées et le manque parfois des réseaux d'internet.

  2. Leaders formés abandonnent et refusent de rentrer dans ces villages isolés au profit des villes urbaines à cause de la pauvreté avancée; manque des bonnes écoles et structures sanitaires pour leurs enfants d'où carence de leaders formés dans ces villages.

  3. Lourde et complexe structure hiérarchisé des instances administratives confessionnelles, qui retardent la diffusion de la formation auprès des églises locales.

  4. Confessions et églises isolées qui ne peuvent répondre aux exigences élevées des partenaires extérieur.

  5. Privation d'une bonne formation des leaders par les exigences élevées des institutions théologiques pour la formation des leaders locaux qui nécessite d'avoir un diplôme d'Etat c'est à dire avoir étudier au préable 12 à 15 ans avant d'accéder à une bonne formation théologique approfondie. 

  6. Négligence de la formation de la jeunesse au leadership local qui est constitué 75% des leaders agés dépassant 60 ans d'âge qui est l'espérance vie de la RDC en 2026.

Objectif final

Former et envoyer els étudiants/leaders qui vont former les membres des églises locales isolées de vivre en accord avec la parole de Dieu dans leur communauté, en manifestant l'amour par des actes concrets, afin de transformer leur village en 5 ans.
